No. BreathWise runs the operations side of your rentals: jobs, teams, reports and owners. It works alongside the calendars and tools you already use.

Every plan includes internal chat; Starter has one general channel and one per cleaner, and Growth adds a channel for each property. Growth also adds cleaner invoicing and automatic owner reports; Pro adds Xero sending for managers and AI connections.
